Rather than forcing the mind to become quiet, this practice works with the body’s natural regulation processes to help widen your capacity for presence.

It can be helpful during moments of mental overwhelm, decision fatigue, emotional processing, or anytime your thoughts feel difficult to step away from.

This practice was created by me as part of my work supporting people who experience overthinking and want to build a calmer, steadier relationship with their inner world.

My approach is rooted in nervous system awareness and somatic work — helping you understand overthinking not as something to fix, but as a protective response to listen to with care.

This guided audio is an invitation to slow down the mental noise, reconnect with your body, and gently shift from constant thinking into embodied awareness in a way that feels safe and supportive.
