This practice was created by me as part of my work supporting people who experience overthinking and want to build a calmer, steadier relationship with their inner world.
My approach is rooted in nervous system awareness and somatic work — helping you understand overthinking not as something to fix, but as a protective response to listen to with care.
This guided audio is an invitation to slow down the mental noise, reconnect with your body, and gently shift from constant thinking into embodied awareness in a way that feels safe and supportive.
If you’d like deeper, more personalized support, you can also work with me in 1:1 somatic therapy sessions. These sessions offer space to explore the roots of overthinking, understand your nervous system patterns, build emotional regulation, and relate to your thoughts with more steadiness and compassion — at a pace that respects your capacity and lived experience.
This audio can be a starting point, a gentle way to step out of your head and begin returning to your body.
You don’t have to silence your thoughts.
You don’t have to control your mind.
You can begin by staying.
