FAQs

No experience is necessary! This series is designed to gently guide you, whether you're completely new or already have a practice. You'll be supported every step of the way.

Somatic exploration involves reconnecting with your body through awareness and movement practices. It focuses on sensing and understanding your body’s signals, allowing you to regulate your emotions, release them, and/or build capacity to be with the emotions.

Sessions may include guided somatic tracking, breath-led exploration, nervous system education, gentle movement, muscle-based exploration, grounding and resourcing practices, and reflective activities. Each practice is offered as an invitation and paced to honour your body’s rhythm and readiness.

This space is intentionally paced to support safety and regulation. We work slowly, with resourcing and grounding woven in throughout. You’re always welcome to pause, rest, or simply witness without participating in any moment.

All live sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Each module lasts for about 90 mins and includes guided practices, reflections, and discussions. Rest of the processes happen on whatsapp messages.

If you’re unable to attend a live session, recordings will be made available to ensure you don’t miss out. However, attending live is encouraged to benefit from the interactive elements of the program.

This is an educational and experiential container, not a therapy group. While the practices are deeply supportive, they are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Yes! The program is open to participants worldwide. Just keep in mind the session times are scheduled in IST (Indian Standard Time).
