New Moon Circle | Online Gathering

What if abundance isn't about having more but about your capacity to receive?

Many of us move through life carrying an invisible sense of scarcity. Not only around money, but around time, love, rest, success, belonging and enoughness.

Often, these patterns aren't simply beliefs. They're experiences held within our mind, body and nervous system.

You may notice yourself:

  • feeling like there is never enough
  • struggling to receive support, love or appreciation
  • constantly striving without feeling fulfilled
  • finding it difficult to rest without guilt
  • holding tightly instead of trusting the natural flow of life

This New Moon Circle is an invitation to gently explore your relationship with scarcity, abundance and receiving.

Through teachings from cognitive psychology, somatic and nervous system wisdom, and spiritual practice, we'll explore how our experiences shape the way we relate to abundance and how we can begin creating new possibilities.

Together, we'll move through reflection, exercises, embodied practices and a deeply immersive guided journey designed to support your capacity to receive.

Rather than chasing abundance, this experience invites you to cultivate the inner conditions where abundance can be recognised, welcomed and sustained.

What Makes This Circle Different

This is not a manifestation workshop.

It is a guided, educational and experiential circle that explores abundance through the lenses of cognitive psychology, somatic & nervous system wisdom and spiritual practice.

Together, we'll explore abundance through:

  • • reflective teachings and meaningful conversation
  • • embodied and nervous system practices
  • • ritual and intention setting for the New Moon
  • • a guided visualisation and reflective journey

Rather than teaching you how to attract more, this circle offers a space to become curious about your relationship with scarcity, abundance and receiving.

An Evening of Exploration

This is an experiential circle designed to be felt as much as it is understood.
Through teaching, reflection, embodied practices and a guided journey, you’ll be invited into a deeper relationship with yourself and the intentions you wish to cultivate this New Moon.

Cognitive Lens

  • Understanding scarcity mindset and the beliefs that shape our experience
  • Exploring the stories we tell ourselves about enoughness and worth
  • Reflecting on how perception influences the way we relate to abundance

Nervous System Lens

  • Noticing how scarcity and receiving are experienced in the body
  • Exploring your nervous system's responses to rest, support and receiving
  • Gentle embodied practices to cultivate awareness and connection

Spiritual Lens

  • Reflecting on the symbolism of the New Moon as a beginning
  • Exploring intention, trust and the practice of receiving
  • Participating in exercises that support reflection and presence

This isn’t just a conversation about abundance… it’s an invitation to pause, reflect and explore your relationship with scarcity, receiving and enoughness.

Whether you’re feeling called to begin the lunar month with intention, deepen your self-awareness or simply create space to pause amidst the busyness of everyday life, this circle offers a thoughtful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and what you’d like to cultivate in the month ahead.
