This one-day retreat is very close to my heart. I’ve poured so much love, intention, and passion into the planning of this event, and I’m super excited to open this opportunity to a group of women.

About the Retreat

Throughout the day, we will engage in a variety of empowering activities, nourishing rituals, and soulful practices. Using both cognitive and somatic tools, these activities are designed to reconnect you with your inner goddess! ✨❤️

Cacao Ceremony

Enjoy the gentle and heart-opening ceremonial cacao, an ancient healing plant medicine known to support clarity, intention-setting, and heart-opening experiences. I use ceremonial-grade cacao made from carefully selected, fermented cacao beans that are slightly roasted, de-husked, and finely ground. It is prepared with intentional love to enhance your inner journey.

Breathwork

Experience the transformative power of breath in a calm, supportive space. Through breathwork, you may journey into:

  • Increased relaxation and calmness
  • A deeper connection to self and intuition

No prior experience is required! This retreat is open to all levels, and each session will be fully guided. Whether you're new to these practices or have experience, you’ll be supported throughout the day.

The fee includes all retreat activities, materials, a nourishing lunch, and dedicated guidance throughout the day. Each aspect has been thoughtfully crafted to hold space for your journey, allowing you to immerse fully in the practices and flow of the retreat. Personal expenses and transportation to and from the venue are not included.

You'll need to bring yoga mat, bottle of water and journal & pen(optional). I'll share session prep details along with what to bring closer to the retreat.

Yes, there is limited parking available near Tattva The Studio. However, it can get busy, so we recommend you plan accordingly.

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring someone along to share this transformative experience. Just ensure they register in advance.
