The lineage we come from often carries a quiet, unspoken ceiling on how much love, pleasure, money, visibility, safety, or worth a person from that line is allowed to have.
You may have felt this.
The opportunity that comes and somehow slips. The relationship that gets close and then collapses. The money that arrives and disappears. The rest you cannot let yourself sink into. The safety you cannot quite feel even when nothing is wrong.
This is not a flaw in you.
It is the nervous system, the inner child, and the inherited field — doing exactly what they were trained to do.
The work is not to fix yourself.
The work is to begin softening what has been held tightly, for so long.

This is not mindset work alone.
This is body work, system work, and field work.
A day of somatic, ancestral and systemic deepening… undoing the inherited disconnection and scarcity we carry, and relearning, in the body, what it means to belong to abundance.
We move through seven doorways across one day:

The body's tolerance for being chosen and choosing fully. The capacity to stay open in connection without armouring, abandoning yourself, or waiting for the other shoe to drop.

The capacity to feel goodness without bracing for its end. The permission to want, to enjoy, to savour without guilt and without the quiet voice that says this cannot last.

Being seen at full size without collapsing or performing. Letting the eyes of others land on you as you actually are not as the curated, smaller, more palatable version.

The somatic relationship to having, holding, and receiving. Not what you earn but what your body believes it is allowed to keep and the inherited story underneath financial pattern.

The radical permission to be unproductive and still worthy. The undoing of urgency the belief that you must earn your right to slow down, to soften, to do nothing.

Being here, in this body, in this moment. The capacity to stay when staying with present is hard... and to find that the present moment is, in fact, the home.

The deepest layer; the one all the others rest upon. The bone-level knowing that you are enough as you are — not after the next achievement, not when you are healed, not when you have proven yourself. Now.
Expansion your body can stay with
Many of us have never been guided to expand on purpose. Our nervous systems learned, early on, to expand in crisis and contract under pressure. They oscillate without direction. They brace where they once might have opened.
This work is not about pushing the system into a bigger state. It is about teaching the body — slowly, in real time, in small movements — that it can hold more sensation, more goodness, more being-witnessed, without collapse.
We move at the pace of the body’s yes. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
Over the course of the day, the system practises something it may not have had much chance to practise before: expansion as something gentle, sustainable, and survivable.
The setpoint moves quietly. Sometimes the shifts are subtle. Sometimes they continue unfolding for weeks after the day itself.
Releasing what was never yours to carry
Many of the patterns we carry are older than we are.
Our mothers had a relationship with money. So did theirs. Our fathers had a relationship with visibility, with rest. We inherit, often without knowing, what our line modelled as possible, dangerous, allowed, forbidden.
This work does not require belief in any particular framework. It does not require knowing your family history in detail. It does not require you to have a clear story. It works through the body, through felt sense, through what shows up in the field when we make space for it.
Meeting the part of you that learned to hold back
Somewhere along the way, most of us made decisions — quietly, without language for them — about who we needed to be in order to be safe, loved, or kept close.
We decided we had to be quieter. Smaller. Less wanting. That love came with conditions. That visibility was dangerous. That receiving was selfish. That rest had to be earned.
Those decisions are often still running. In the nervous system. In the relationships we choose. In the ceiling we keep meeting.
In this day, we make space to meet the younger self who made the contract — gently, in the body, supported by breath and witnessed by the field. We do not force memory. We do not demand insight. We make a softer landing place than she once had.
The quiet, unspoken belief — often older than you — that there is not enough. Not enough love, money, rest, time, space, or ease. The somatic and ancestral roots of not-enoughness.
The original contracts of childhood — the decisions you made about who you had to be to be loved, safe, and kept. This part still lives in the body. We meet it gently.
The invisible upper limit your nervous system has been protecting. The patterns that return. The opportunities that slip. The reason expansion has not yet been able to land.
What your lineage believed was possible — what it modelled, refused, feared, or allowed. The patterns you have been carrying that were never yours to carry.
The gradual disconnection from sensation, pleasure, instinct, hunger, and inner knowing — often so subtle it goes unnoticed. This work invites you back into your body.
The body relearning what it means to let life in — without earning, performing, or bracing. Opening to receive with softness and safety.
Each practice in this day is an invitation to gently expand what your body has learned to hold. Through somatic, relational, and ancestral work, you will be guided into deeper presence with yourself — releasing protective patterns, reconnecting with your inner world, and opening to receive with greater safety and ease. This is a space to soften out of survival, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and remember that expansion does not have to be forced to be real.

A sacred doorway into our hearts, guided by the ancient wisdom of this gentle plant medicine, prepared with deep love and intention. Together, we create a space for cacao to awaken tenderness and open us to a deeper well of joy, connection, and truth.
