Under the light of the full moon, we gather in an intentional space to gently explore these barriers, honour both our light and our shadows, and release what no longer feels authentic — emotions, patterns, habits, or energies that are ready to move.

Blue Lotus was revered in ancient Egyptian culture as a sacred flower associated with awakening, rebirth, and expanded awareness. Known botanically as Nymphaea caerulea, this delicate water lily often appeared in temple carvings and ceremonial art, symbolising the unfolding of consciousness.
In our ceremony, we will mindfully sip a warm Blue Lotus tea, allowing its gentle qualities to support relaxation and inward awareness. The petals are carefully steeped to create a soft, fragrant infusion that invites the body to slow down and the mind to soften.
