Through a gentle Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony and a guided Breathwork Journey, we create space to explore what has been living beneath the surface — the knots of anger, the weight of sadness, or the echoes of grief that the body may still be holding.

This evening is not only about letting go. It is about reclaiming space within yourself for healing, clarity, and renewal.

As the poet Rumi beautifully said:

Under the light of the full moon, we gather in an intentional space to gently explore these barriers, honour both our light and our shadows, and release what no longer feels authentic — emotions, patterns, habits, or energies that are ready to move.

Your breath is a powerful guide.
From the moment we arrive in this world until our final exhale, it remains our constant companion — a rhythm of holding and letting go, again and again.

What is Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony?

Blue Lotus was revered in ancient Egyptian culture as a sacred flower associated with awakening, rebirth, and expanded awareness. Known botanically as Nymphaea caerulea, this delicate water lily often appeared in temple carvings and ceremonial art, symbolising the unfolding of consciousness.

In our ceremony, we will mindfully sip a warm Blue Lotus tea, allowing its gentle qualities to support relaxation and inward awareness. The petals are carefully steeped to create a soft, fragrant infusion that invites the body to slow down and the mind to soften.

Blue Lotus is known to:

FAQs

We begin the evening with a gentle Blue Lotus tea ritual. This simple, intentional practice helps us slow down, arrive in the present moment, and prepare for the deeper journey of the evening. The tea ceremony is optional, and you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

No prior experience is required! This session is open to everyone, regardless of your familiarity with breathwork or blue lotus. We will provide guidance and support throughout the experience.

While breathwork is generally safe, if you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating. It’s essential to ensure that this practice aligns with your personal health needs. It is also important that you let me know of any medical conditions beforehand so I can support you as required.

You'll need to bring yoga mat, bottle of water and journal & pen(optional). I'll share session prep details alone with what to bring closer to the workshop.

The session will be conducted in English.

Blue Lotus tea is generally enjoyed as a gentle herbal tea in small ceremonial amounts. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking medication, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before consuming it. Participation in the tea ceremony is always optional, and you are welcome to fully join the experience in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
