I believe that there is nothing inherently wrong with you; the issue lies in the programming that’s running your mind and body. Therefore, our work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about stepping out of autopilot, letting go of old stories and beliefs and conditioning, and starting to live from your true essence—your most authentic self.
When you reconnect with your true self, beyond the programming and conditioning, you gain the power to create a life filled with healthy habits, thriving and reciprocal relationships, and the pursuit of your dreams, in your own way.
My deep intention is to support your body and mind into wellness.
The space I create allows you to arrive in whatever state you are in to receive support and reconnect with your body. In each session, our focus is to meet whatever arises with gentleness, slowing down for the body’s wisdom to emerge and creating space for all aspects of your dynamic, fullest self.
I walk beside you as you navigate life’s challenges and collaboratively work to strengthen your well-being and relationships. We reflect the patterns we observe, I support you to make connections, share insights, and together, we examine these as a team.
The team aspect is crucial because we collaborate closely. We lay everything out and examine it together as equal partners. We build a professional relationship, which, while a relationship, is unique in that it focuses entirely on you.
This relationship is a significant part of the work we do together. To ensure we are a good fit, we'll do intake session before starting our process.

We’ll set up a free exploratory call to see if we’re a good fit to work together. This initial conversation allows us to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and ensure that my approach aligns with your needs.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll meet for 60-minute sessions every week or every other week. There’s no set timeline for how long we’ll work together—we’ll continue for as long as you feel it’s beneficial and until you’re ready to move on.
My practice is affirmative, open, and supportive to people of all genders, sexual orientation (LGBTQ+ affirming), backgrounds, ethnicities, and religious practices. I will honor and support your beliefs and your practices while offering you the opportunity for understanding and growth.












I integrate both top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (nervous system regulation, emotional release, and expanding your window of tolerance) approaches to promote holistic healing.
